This releases GPI, its staff, directors, contractors, and affiliates from liability, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Agree to indemnify GPI for any claims or legal actions resulting from your actions or those of your guests or linked players. Accept financial responsibility for any damage caused to GPI property through negligence. Understand this waiver remains in effect indefinitely unless revoked in writing.

3. Conditions of Entry & Use

Car Park Use & Liability
GPI provides access to a car park for the convenience of its members and guests. Use of the car park is at your own risk.

GPI is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons, vehicles, or property occurring in the car park, including but not limited to theft, vandalism, or accidents.

Users are responsible for securing their vehicles and belongings and must drive with due care and attention at all times.

Personal Belongings - You are responsible for your own possessions. GPI is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Security Cameras - CCTV is in operation throughout the premises for safety and security purposes. By entering, you consent to being recorded.

Entry Rights - GPI reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals at its discretion, particularly in cases of policy violations.

4. Club Use & Behaviour Expectations

Player Responsibility

Children are welcome but must behave responsibly. Persistent misbehaviour may result in temporary suspension or banning after review. Children under 12 must be supervised unless involved in a club-led activity. Guests are allowed but must be accompanied by a member or registered player, who assumes full responsibility for their behaviour.

5. Court Bookings & Payments

Booking Process - All court bookings must be made via Playtomic app or with a director of GPI.  Bookings for group coaching programmes will be available to book via our website.

Booking Limits - Bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance. Maximum 10 active bookings per player. Limit of 3 bookings per day.

Court Bookings - Cancellations & Refunds - Cancel 24+ hours in advance to receive a refund via your bank account via Playtomic. If you have booked an open match, the booking will not be fulfilled until 4 players have joined the match. The code will then be sent to your email. Refunds will not be given if players cancel within 24 hours.

Pricing Updates - Court fees may change. Notice will be provided via the app or website.

Group Lesson Cancellation Policy:

When you sign up for a group lesson this is a commitment for the entire school term (term length can vary, normally 8 - 10 weeks). If you are unable to make the session or your child cannot make the session, a make-up session of the same class on another day may be offered if space is available. No refunds or credits will be given for players who are not attending sessions or who have exited during the term due to change of mind/schedule.

Private Lesson Cancellation Policy:

Our coaches are extremely busy at the club and need more than 24 hours' notice before a cancellation is made by the client. 24 hours allows the coach time to fill the time slot. If inadequate time is given,  you will still be charged for the full price of the session.

6. Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Action Behaviour Standards

Abuse, verbal or physical towards staff or other members will not be tolerated. Disciplinary Action Breaches may result in temporary restriction, suspension, or permanent banning following an investigation.
